When I first became a team member, I truly loved my job. In the past year this location has completely went down hill.

I understand that most companies exhibit partial favoritism and sometimes it's simply apart of life.. However, this location has favoritism to an extreme due to personal/family relations between blue hats, D.Ms and team leaders. The bullying so so extreme that is has already ran off so many.
