The management doesn't see the potential of a good worker/person that wants to progress in the company.

Manages only look out for themselves.. If you get hurt a Clayton homes they cut your pay and don't care about you .. They say it's Claytons law ..

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It doesn't matter how much or what your back ground is .. If you get hurt at work they will cut your pay and make you pay back your insurance premiums if you are out because of your injury... Double up because it's Claytons law

What are some of the best things about your team?
Works together to help me cause they knew I had way more than I was supposed to have and my manager even held a meeting and admitted it himself. Promised to fix it after christmas shut down and then came back and said he wasnt anymore

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I understand that most companies exhibit partial favoritism and sometimes it's simply apart of life.. However, this location has favoritism to an extreme due to personal/family relations between blue hats, D.Ms and team leaders. The bullying so so extreme that is has already ran off so many.

Having fun and laughing together about each others not so strong suits. Poking fun is great comedy as long as no one gets offended.

Corporate needs to take action before the corruption runs off the few good, hard working team members that are still there.
