I like that most of them are experienced in the Domain and seem to be able to adjust to dynamic situations. (But I also hate that we seem to change our direction so much.)

I am surrounded by some of the most intelligent helpful people of my career. I feel like I am surrounded by family but I think the Colorado office is way tighter than the Sunnyvale one.

The technology is attractive... the ability to get to work on multiple languages and on the front and back end helps keep me stimulated. The complexity of the all the different variations is also very challenging.
