Nothing. We have very little control over the KPI's needed to get the bonus and are rated on many things beyond our control. Very small raises even for top preformers
Bring in consultants to look at processes. Try to be proactive instead of reactive and trust your wmployees to do their job instead of micromanaging every little item. One size does not fit all just because something works in one clinic does not mean it will work as well in another. Be flexible.
