New leadership and the company needs to be restructured.
A better evaluation of jobs being performed when leadership shifts around.
Bring in consultants to look at processes. Try to be proactive instead of reactive and trust your wmployees to do their job instead of micromanaging every little item. One size does not fit all just because something works in one clinic does not mean it will work as well in another. Be flexible.
No teamwork or can do attitude. All roadblocks- no customer service.
