Nothing. Leadership will tell you that your co-workers are uncomfortable with you. Not true. Leadership is not comfortable about your hard work and your good rapport with your co-workers. Furthermore, your bringing a tray of chicken wings during any of your co-worker's birthday is not appreciated.

Negative energy, co workers throw mistakes in my face like mistakes don't happen. Management tells staff things we should know after the fact. If things change while a person is out they are the last to know. Management is too much into personal business. Not properly training staff.
