I rated it "difficult" simply because it is involved and fairly lengthy. Cleary, the interview process is important to CoNetrix and many senior people are involved along the way. The interest taken by senior people in the process is great.
Not being a giant company, CoNetrix may not be able to compensate us all at the maximum end of the spectrum. However, it is clear that leadership focuses on providing overall compensation that is competitive and fair. It is obviously a priority for leadership.
