I truly enjoy being around the people I work with day to day, and I feel like I am making a difference during a tough time in the healthcare field without being on the front lines.

Across the sales team, all members get along with each other very well. In particular, the best thing about the Baltimore office is that there is truly a family like environment. Everyone on the team feels comfortable with each other, and everyone is always ready to learn and get better.

What I like the most about the leadership team is how much they genuinely care for the people who work at connectRN, and that they are extremely open with our mission and clear with the things we need to do to accomplish in order to get to where they envision connectRN going.

I get the most happy when I close a new account that can be a big opportunity for myself and other members of our team who are servicing different CBSAs. I also enjoy being around other members of our team in the office as we learn from each other and compete while making work an enjoyable place.
