Well managers arn't clingy and showing favoritism. When a fair and even playing field is met for all employees
If employee commitment and employee overall productivity for the company was met to a standard and pay reflected it. New hires shouldnt be making the same hourly as 1,2,3 year employees.
Overall there are a few key players in our "team" I'd say about half the managers have the best interest in the store at heart. and maybe half the employees put the stores goals first.
When you have the managers who look out for the employees who care and work their hardest it feels nice and strives you to do better. Sadly, many managers try to micromanage and show favoritism for outside of work activities.
