The guests. I stay as positive as I can but with the managment not being avalible when servers need them and clashing of personalities it's hard to stay positive.

There isn't anything really positive past the commonplace birthday acknowledgement. It would also be worth it to mention that if you work on the amusements side you might as well be nonexistent.

When you have the managers who look out for the employees who care and work their hardest it feels nice and strives you to do better. Sadly, many managers try to micromanage and show favoritism for outside of work activities.

as said before, better communication would definitely create much more positive and better overall vibes. Body language and the way employees are approached / spoken to by other persons in higher authority such as supervisers and managers also needs to change. It's always very unacceptably wrong.
