What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The guests. I stay as positive as I can but with the managment not being avalible when servers need them and clashing of personalities it's hard to stay positive.
I like how we support, encourage and help each other out.

There isn't anything really positive past the commonplace birthday acknowledgement. It would also be worth it to mention that if you work on the amusements side you might as well be nonexistent.

There are games and activities at the corporate office. You won't have time to use them, so they're really decoration.

When you have the managers who look out for the employees who care and work their hardest it feels nice and strives you to do better. Sadly, many managers try to micromanage and show favoritism for outside of work activities.

They pin people against each other and encourage competition instead of teamwork

Management needs to be more present not dusting off everything that is said from a employee

as said before, better communication would definitely create much more positive and better overall vibes. Body language and the way employees are approached / spoken to by other persons in higher authority such as supervisers and managers also needs to change. It's always very unacceptably wrong.
