On the whole poor, but my situation was unique due to the quality of my management and supervision. As a company, without change to the attitudes of the people in positions of prominence, Exxon runs the risk of becoming irreversibly unacceptable as it is currently running on previous success.
I love this company. It takes care of its employees. I see myself finishing out my career with them.
It has been a very good experience. Sometimes the structure is too rigid. They are trying to make changes. One area they are lacking is geographic flexibility. If you want to grow within the company, you need to move to Houston.
