Leaders try to help--most of them, but they were raised in a system that doesn't understand the real employee experience. They also could learn how to run a business vs. just listening to those above them.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better understanding of work performed by direct reports.

Understanding the value of their people. Quit implementing human resourcing projects that do not work. Employ the people of your country that hold value instead of outsourcing to other countries that negatively impact our processes and quality!

Not lying to employees. Thinking about long term success. Caring for employees and honestly trying to improve the culture.
