More work life balance and flexibility
Too many middle managers that get promoted in less than a year and move on, after destroying the work processes for everyone else.
Get rid or the old timers. Bring in outside leadedship. New Leader for company and HR and P&GA. Stop looking back and saying if we change this it means we're acknowledging we did something wrong.
better compensation package & fairness
