I participated in a group interview setting with 3 people in the room. One peer, one supervisor and one mentor. I liked the diversity each person brought to the interview. I feel that gives the person interviewing for the job an opportunity to be seen from different perspectives.

My experience has been great so far. I love who i work with and work for. There is repsect and appreciation from management and other employees. I truly enjoy my job. And i love that i have opportunities to advance and earn more pay.

On the whole poor, but my situation was unique due to the quality of my management and supervision. As a company, without change to the attitudes of the people in positions of prominence, Exxon runs the risk of becoming irreversibly unacceptable as it is currently running on previous success.
