I waited a few months before reviewing to see how my experience aligned with my expectations working here. I'm glad to say I have been pleasantly surprised! I'm a big fan of the executive team and feel like they have done a good job of creating a strong, inclusive company culture.
Manager was fired within first two months of working there----people seem to quit because hard to work with CEO

How would you compare interviewing at Front to other places you've interviewed?
Interviews are geared towards figuring out what you know, how you think, and what it would be like to work with you. You'll need to walk the interviewer through your solution / response to a question and they will dig deeper to see what you know and what you don't know. They want to gauge how you handle situations where you don't know something. There aren't any trick questions and they want you to succeed in the interview. If you don't get hired, you'll still come out having learned something new.
How much and how often do raises happen at Front?

Fast! We are a work hand, play hard bunch! The product is constantly improving and everyone at the company is ambitious.

Team outings and offsites are incredible. They are a fun way to get to know your coworkers outside of the office and connect with them on other levels. I firmly believe that company offsites at Front are a huge reason the culture is so strong.
