How would you compare interviewing at Front to other places you've interviewed?
Interviews are geared towards figuring out what you know, how you think, and what it would be like to work with you. You'll need to walk the interviewer through your solution / response to a question and they will dig deeper to see what you know and what you don't know. They want to gauge how you handle situations where you don't know something. There aren't any trick questions and they want you to succeed in the interview. If you don't get hired, you'll still come out having learned something new.
How much and how often do raises happen at Front?
Series A and Series B were roughly 1.5 years apart, $10M and $66M respectively. However, this doesn't mean Front will raise again in 1.5 years. It could raise in 1 or 5 years, or never raise again because there's no huge benefit to doing so. Fast! We are a work hand, play hard bunch! The product is constantly improving and everyone at the company is ambitious.
What are the team outings like at Front?
Team outings and offsites are incredible. They are a fun way to get to know your coworkers outside of the office and connect with them on other levels. I firmly believe that company offsites at Front are a huge reason the culture is so strong.
