Salary is solid. Recent improvements to health coverage have been a good change, and we get nice additional perks like a health stipend, and monthly Lyft credits (in SF)

We talk about our company values a lot, and I feel like I see them being lived out every day by coworkers, and most importantly, our leaders. Also an inclusive environment where I feel like I can be myself without judgement.

Everyone shares the same sense of culture

People work hard, but understand and encourage everyone to take the down-time they need. Everyone really is on the same team, there is little bureaucracy, and everyone is respectful

When interviewing, I sat down and worked on a real problem with my future teammates. It was a smart, considered interview, that gave the interviewers real insight into how I worked, and showed me real examples of what I would be working on
