Customer service has gone from excellent to poor. No sense of concern for customer needs. Extremely hard to get anyone in Frost Management to seem to give a damn about customers or loyalty to customers.

Depends on your location. Some are busy and you can stay busy most of the day. Other locations are very slow and you stay bored most the day.
It can be slow and boring.

They say they are family but after 6 months, you feel the true culture of being controlled every minute while you are at work.

The group gets along great. The management plays your branch off of others to keep branches against each other.

They only work for their external customer not the internal customer.

Not great, turnover is very high. Management uses write ups and threats to move you to a different location or your schedule instead of respect or positive feedback to push employees to do what they want.

Some main buildings have workout area but that is only at main buildings not the individual branches.

Each person has their own "area" but we are not allowed to have personal items visible.

There was much diversity. New management though has only been hiring people in early 20s for about the last 9 to 12 months.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Frost Bank?
Make managers actual managers, who appreciate hard work and loyalty, not someone being fake to their face.
What do people at Frost Bank think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
We don't think much of him. he did a survey of employees and has not changed anything with the results. The CEO goes around at Christmas time to meet all employees, but he just says hi and keeps going.

frost would like you to make sure you work 1st and deal with personal issues on personal time.. another employee had a doctors note to be out after a surgery and they asked if she could just sit and do light duty instead because they needed everyone at work! wow!

How's the vacation policy at Frost Bank?
employees with seniority pick days and weeks off 1st and that rolls down. Only 2 people are allowed off the same day or week from the same region! During thanksgiving and Christmas time, any employee can only request a max of 2 days off.
What are some of the best things about your team at Frost Bank?
the team at the location I work at work well together - we try to do a great job so that management doesn't have a reason to come around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at Frost Bank?

The company has high turnover right now due to management, so we do have to stay and work extra, but is not required daily.
