What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my mangers understanding of work life balance.
I like the way they lead the company. Depending on your seniority and position, lots of autonomy. Most are great examples of our culture.
They have an authentic desire to see individuals obtain knowledge and grow in their roles and beyond.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team needs to get better at listening to their emloyees needs to create a healthier work environment
leadership says one thing to you, then turns around and changes everything.. they will look you in the face, smile and lie!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great healthcare coverage and cost.
401k company match and lots of wellbeing amenities that I am truly grateful for. For those now entering the company, time off benefits are a huge improvement from when I had children. Work flexibility in most roles offers us great work-life balance I sought years back.
6% matching for our 401K
Insurance cost is paid mainly by the company. Incentives for goals acquired.
On top of my base pay there are even bonuses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You are hired at one pay - then you are given more and more responsibility due to "how great you do! -- but are never given a raise
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most everyone understands our culture and delivers the best work they can. Not everyone adheres to our culture and that's the part that I'd improve upon. Why tolerate those that don't adhere to our core values - it's rare but we tolerate it on some teams more than others.

The team is constantly working with an improvement mindset. They focus on what is working and how to improve what is not working. Feedback from our customers allows us to improve the experience along the way

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its great for people who want chill life without much stress but career growth is very slow.
When you've proven yourself and frequently volunteer to take on extra work and responsibilities, you're given lots of autonomy and flexibility. The work still needs to be done and we stay productive for the most part or at least on our team. I'd be bored if I wasn't expected to honor my work.
The care Frost demonstrates for each customer is second to none. Further, every person is treated with the same respect regardless of tenure.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Interactive Questions with Hypothetical scenarios to test logical and analytical thinking.
I interviewed years back. I had to interview 3 times with multiple people, but I am grateful for the opportunities at each interview and glad we used to be more selective about who we hire.
The interview process at Frost is the first place prospective employees get to experience the company's way of working to know the reason behind the individuals desire to be affiliated with them.
The interviews are always in an amicable and low-key environment. Usually, people laugh during interviews.
Senior managers are involved and can answer all your questions about the company and their work environment. You get a good feel if it is the right place for you
