We have a family environment so we are all close & take care of eachother
Lively, ethical, caring and always serving to be better
The team is constantly working with an improvement mindset. They focus on what is working and how to improve what is not working. Feedback from our customers allows us to improve the experience along the way
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work
As mentioned before, everyone is super friendly, ready to go out of their way to give a helping hand, and no one has ever said "I can't wait to get out of here". Its truly a place to start a career.
We care about each other
Everyone knows their job and gets it done without whining or trying to slough it off on someone else.

Most everyone understands our culture and delivers the best work they can. Not everyone adheres to our culture and that's the part that I'd improve upon. Why tolerate those that don't adhere to our core values - it's rare but we tolerate it on some teams more than others.
