  • Not great, turnover is very high. Management uses write ups and threats to move you to a different location or your schedule instead of respect or positive feedback to push employees to do what they want.

  • We don't think much of him. he did a survey of employees and has not changed anything with the results. The CEO goes around at Christmas time to meet all employees, but he just says hi and keeps going.

  • frost would like you to make sure you work 1st and deal with personal issues on personal time.. another employee had a doctors note to be out after a surgery and they asked if she could just sit and do light duty instead because they needed everyone at work! wow!

  • employees with seniority pick days and weeks off 1st and that rolls down. Only 2 people are allowed off the same day or week from the same region! During thanksgiving and Christmas time, any employee can only request a max of 2 days off.
