How's the vacation policy at Glassdoor?

Depends on which department you're in. The policy went from "unlimited PTO" to "Flexible PTO". The flexibility is dependent on your manager and department. I think on average people take around 2-4 weeks but some managers will make it very hard to take time off.

The culture of how much the CEO cares about the employees seems like lip service when layoffs happen and are pushed under the rug.

Who you know and are friends with is your biggest advantage.
It's as political of a place as I have ever seen. They use the term meritocracy but it's bunk.

Horribly. Somewhat ironic for a company that prides itself on ratings, reviews, and transparency.

How political the environment is and how disengaged from sales the CEO remains.

It comes in waves. I get comfortable and then all of the sudden I'm feeling a lot more challenged. Probably a good sign of increasing responsibilities.

Completely insecure. There are constant layoffs and restructuring.

We have become a culture of complacency. Good leaders have left and targets are always moving.
