My overall experience at Gogo has been one of the best. I love the culture and the people I work with, but from a career stand point, I've grown so much over the past several years and have been challenged in ways I didn't think I would. I appreciate everyone at Gogo and I'm very happy where I'm at.

What I like best about the leadership team is that they make me feel valued and appreciated. I feel empowered to present my work my way and the leadership team will acknowledge good work were it's deserved and I appreciate that recognition.

Some of the best things about my team is that we are all friends at and outside of work. I enjoy getting together with my team outside of work and knowing what they're doing personally. I appreciate everyone's willingness to hep each other out and support everyone professionally and personally.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at Gogo is the way everyone is kind and willing to say "hi, how are you". Throughout the company, people aren't afraid to talk to one another. People seem to come together and support each other as best as we all can.

What makes me most happy at work is the people I work with. I can talk to anyone on my team in person or send GIFs when remote and get a good laugh. I feel very comfortable reaching out for help to anyone and knowing they'll do their best and vise versa.
