I havw a weekend team that works together wonderfully, without complaint and we effectively accomplish what we're there to do.
They are eager to learn the details of the disinfection process. When they realize it's not just "cleaning", they get excited.

Strict rules go by the handbook uniform compliance needs to be met not broken why make rules if you're not going to stick to them and let people run over you

The manorism in which they speak to you
To be more honest to people
Explain stuff dont make up stuff and explain benefits when you get a raise etc
The manager I was hired by was on his way out so I don't believe he really cared. Months later it was learned he had kept people on the payroll who were no longer employed by HHS.
More intense hireing process, not just fill out a few forms

They need to listen and properly train people
Better pay we are being paid 95% below average for this company respect honor more organize understanding updated equipment better protection for we dont get sick longer gloves better uniforms like we belong with the hospital not just a house keeper
Need new management that are trained not just the right color and still too young to get it!!
