We all try to help each other and share information to help each other and leadership sometimes helps but not always
They allow people to be able to work from home this is probably the only good thing left about the company
When I was hired the interview process was great but I do believe they have cut some of those within the hiring process so I dont know how it is now
Being able to work from home is probably the best thing but they are currently hiring new employees to start at what I am currently being paid and I have worked there for 3 years
the upper management cares more about how quickly you can assist the customer and move to the next versus the quality of service you are giving each customer. They have also increased prices and the shipping is outrageous and they pushes customers away.
I have been with the company for near 3 years and when i started everyone seemed to love their job and want to help others move up. It seems now they are pushing people to hard and they dont care about the employees and even customers which also puts more strain on supervisors and doesnt make them.
