It's been good. I've learned many new skills and have contributed to a lot of high profile projects. I've made new friends and I'm well paid. Work/life balance is respected and encouraged. The opportunity for career progression has much to be desired but this is something they're working on.

My boss is amazing! She's so supportive, driven and knowledgeable and I love working with her. The rest of the leadership team are good to work with, although it lacks diversity and sometimes there is a tendency to quickly change direction with little explanation.
