The leadership team at JobNimbus cares a lot about the employees. Lower level managers are nearly 100% promoted from within and have a great understanding of culture and individual contributors pain points and motivations. It has been a solid workplace and I plan on being here a long time.

Our team is collaborative and always willing to assist one another when needed. The culture of our individual team is one of the best in the company in my opinion.

We have good health insurance and the company opted to absorb more of the cost of it this year rather than passing that on to the employees as many other places have.

The leadership team does their best to address pain points, they speak about things in public forums which I have appreciated. When something is glaring they don't sweep it under the rug. They go out of their way to give everyone fun experiences being here.
