What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits. JobNimbus pays 100% of insurance premiums for employees and all their dependents plus they have a dollar for dollar HSA match to tge annual limit.

The benefits are the best of any company i've worked at
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The execute has implemented different benefits that felt like the right direction -- paid vacations, shared company vacations, 4-day work weeks -- but has pulled those away. Combined with the extreme focus on AI, it feels like people are being squeezed for more with less.

We are good at debating, then committing and a coming together. Team will go to bat for each other. Will buckle down and work hard but will take moments to talk and laugh.

There is a strong emphasis on humanity. We are treated like the adults we are and no one is trying to convince us we need to reach our breaking point to be valued.
I can run into anyones office at any time and talk about anything!

Getting hired! To be honest, they put me through the ringer, made it seem like it was the hardest job to get, and i should be lucky to have a job! Then they hire people with no experience
