Very empowering, been promoted twice in 3 years from IC to Director. Very collaborative, growing rapidly, culture is awesome.

Despite the new funding round, the company is deteriorating rather than improving. Culture is a Buzz word with no meaning.

I absolutely love the absolute fixation this company has on its vision and mission. You feel it the second you arrive. Genuine, measured, and in the DNA. Kind, passionate people focused on delivering an amazing product. Not perfect, but heck of a lot better than most.

I have been extremely happy here. I get positive recognition regularly. Coaching whenever I want it, but no less than once a week. I have had several pay increases here without even asking for them. I feel respected and cared for. The CEO - Ben Hodson, smiles and talks to everyone one on one.

The leadership all have open door policies. They are very friendly, know each of the employees by name and interests. They look to make the best in their team members and focus on personal growth as much as professional growth.

The JobNimbus leadership creates a collaborative environment amongst the team. Everyone has a voice. A mentorship program has also been implemented to help employees grow as leaders. The JobNimbus executives definitely lead by example and are constantly paying it forward.

I love our marketing team. The different personalities on the team bring a balance that allows for great collaboration. The team is on the same goal of helping our customers and grow JobNimbus. I'm lucky to be part of a team that works so well with each other and is always encouraging.

Very few people here are on the same page - not great at collaborating

It used to be good.

Everyone is focused on making the customer the number one priority. The boss cares about the employees and their families. This frees up the teams to care about the customers.

There are weekly highlights to focus on company culture and goals. People can also get recognized and receive spot bonuses for their efforts at any time.

A lot of companies claim they treat their employees like family, JobNimbus actually lives up to this.

It was quick with only a few interviews.

It is competive. They only want A players. I like knowing i work with people who all deserve to be there and are making their best effort every day.

During your interview a JN employee will take you around the building and introduce you to some people. This made me feel very welcome. It also was beneficial for me to see if JobNimbus was the right place for me.

Executive team wants to make changes but doesn't know how to implement those. Micromanagement
