It was quick with only a few interviews.

It is competive. They only want A players. I like knowing i work with people who all deserve to be there and are making their best effort every day.

During your interview a JN employee will take you around the building and introduce you to some people. This made me feel very welcome. It also was beneficial for me to see if JobNimbus was the right place for me.

I had the ability to talk to the entire team I would be joining and was able to ask very direct questions regarding their experiences. JN is looking for people who fit the culture as much as their skill set, and that was apparent in the interview process.

They asked pertinent questions and when i needed a quick answer they worked quickly to get me an offer
