Very empowering, been promoted twice in 3 years from IC to Director. Very collaborative, growing rapidly, culture is awesome.
Despite the new funding round, the company is deteriorating rather than improving. Culture is a Buzz word with no meaning.
Seeing customers/business'grow and be able to support families in their communities
I absolutely love the absolute fixation this company has on its vision and mission. You feel it the second you arrive. Genuine, measured, and in the DNA. Kind, passionate people focused on delivering an amazing product. Not perfect, but heck of a lot better than most.
The healthcare benefits are great, but mostly i love the free lunches, and paid holidays!
