They can lower the price of the product
It used to be a great place to work. But an "IN" crowd has formed and if you're not in it than good luck. Scheduled raises are non-existent. When and if you get a raise changes by year and their review notes are often just them trying to convince you you're lucky to still work there.
Great coworkers, teamwork, management and making an awesome product.
It's a great place to work. No drama among team members, and we look for a culture fit as much as a skillset fit, so there is a huge sense of friendship and camaraderie among the team members

What should I wear for an interview at AccuLynx?
Act the part. Show you are trying to make a good first impression. It is a relaxed environment here but I would dress professionally.
While our culture is very relaxed, I would suggest at least wearing khakis and a polo/skirt-blouse. Of course, this should all be based on the position you are interviewing for.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at AccuLynx?
Clarity on roles and processes. Provide clearer direction in some areas.
Bring certain people, policies, and events back to the company.
How's the work life balance at AccuLynx?
Excellent. We have a "treat employees like adults policy" that allows for workers to take the time that they need to take care of business outside of the office, as long as your responsibilities are covered.

Overall good. There are some leadership issues in certain areas. CEO is top of the class.

How would you compare interviewing at AccuLynx to other places you've interviewed?
My interview took 3-4 hours. It was longer but they do their homework on you.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at AccuLynx?

What do people at AccuLynx think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Overall he is well respected and liked. He is great with people and really thinks about things thoroughly before making decisions. He has done nothing but improve Acculynx since he came aboard. He fairly rewards you for your hard work and recognizes you for it too. I really have no complaints here.
How flexible is your work schedule at AccuLynx?
Very flexible. Never been hounded about taking time off ever. I have been here for 8 years.
What are you most excited about working at AccuLynx?
The future it provides for me and my family. Lots to look forward to

Everyone here is of good character. Family oriented. There is no "office drama".

Fun. You get to meet a lot of people before coming on.
What part of AccuLynx's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Sales is fastest. Development is always improving, Marketing is improving, not too much difficulty really. The workflow is good.
How does AccuLynx make decisions around promotions?
Unsure. I would like to see more promotion from within. There are some really good people with great talent here.
How's the vacation policy at AccuLynx?
AMAZING.....period.
How much and how often do raises happen at AccuLynx?
I personally have made more money every year. I am incentivized. I have not had a change in my base, but my incentives go up.

Very fast.

Flexibility as long as you get your work done.

100% secure if I perform well.
