It used to be a great place to work. But an "IN" crowd has formed and if you're not in it than good luck. Scheduled raises are non-existent. When and if you get a raise changes by year and their review notes are often just them trying to convince you you're lucky to still work there.

Great coworkers, teamwork, management and making an awesome product.

It's a great place to work. No drama among team members, and we look for a culture fit as much as a skillset fit, so there is a huge sense of friendship and camaraderie among the team members

There is a direction for the company. The leadership sets goals and milestones now which we can all work towards.

CEO is a leader not a boss. Most of the others are bosses not leaders.

Leadership team is hands on and will stick up for you in the event of a sticky situation in house or with a customer.

They have a lot of bad eggs that are simply there because they were friends with the CEO. They do not hold management accountable.

I would like to see more opportunity to grow. it's not that I don't feel I am paid fairly, I am just not satisfied with what I make.

The freedoms we have. We are given a lot of freedoms most companies do not offer. We do not have anyone looking over our shoulders. As long as you get your job done and then some you will be welcome here.
