What is the best part about your compensation package?

The 401k match and stock options

More than fair, especially for the area we're in

It is fair and for our area very much higher than similar companies.

monthly commission is fairly calculated for the work performed.

I would like to see more opportunity to grow. it's not that I don't feel I am paid fairly, I am just not satisfied with what I make.
