What do you like best about the leadership team?
Recently there have been some highly transparent statements made around needing to improve. Really appreciated the open nature and specificity around what they plan to improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a strong emphasis on humanity. We are treated like the adults we are and no one is trying to convince us we need to reach our breaking point to be valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on a team that is intensely committed to success. We support each other with urgency and ownership. We work incredibly well together and are constantly pushing each other to be better. Couldn't ask for more.
