What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting hired! To be honest, they put me through the ringer, made it seem like it was the hardest job to get, and i should be lucky to have a job! Then they hire people with no experience

What makes you most happy at work?
That I can make the money that I want to make to take care of my family. It was made increasingly challenging with quota increase, but i'm determined to hit my high bar and make it happen

Being compensated fairly for the value I bring to the company and it's goals. It would be nice to have pay reflect our contribution to the company and how effective we are at our jobs compared to peers in similar chairs.
