The work environment is friendly. There is some work pressure but it is complemented with an equal emphasis on personal life.

Our business has a high inter-dependancy. We work together during &after working hours in a way such that we do not block/delay each other's timelines. One can reach out to the other at non-working hours when there is some sort of support needed. The best thing is that each individual is dependable.
