Our team is always helpful, we have each other's back, able to ask for help and able to provide support. They are all friendly and professional.

Hard working competent people that will help you if you need
Some team members really do work hard, but others slack off a LOT. I saw a team member watching streaming golf tournaments on their PCs, while another was surfing the web for 80% of the day. They also arrived no earlier than 10:00am, even when the manager said to be here at 9:00am.

Our business has a high inter-dependancy. We work together during &after working hours in a way such that we do not block/delay each other's timelines. One can reach out to the other at non-working hours when there is some sort of support needed. The best thing is that each individual is dependable.

Knowledge, business acumen, cultural and social skills. Broadening their scope for advancing themselves. Very limited group of idiots trapped in a small pond.
Team in the US is actually pretty good to work with. Very responsible and committed but team in China is a pain to work with, only obstacles are presented and hardly ever solutions.
