excellent communication and good transparency
The leadership team is upbeat and postive.
Leadership team is open to feedback and actually listens, which is not typical is massive global organizations. My current manager is by far the most interesting and encouraging person i have worked with.
Fair, good communication, objectives are clear
Pretty good as expected !
Good Team player and supportive
cool and calm and our manager is not behaving like boss , he is behaving like leader
Yang Yuanqing doesn't hide behind his desk in his office. He socializes with the employees at sales meetings and other big events.

Great vision of how to transform from a PC company to Smart Solutions company
Review from HR Dept
they have an open door policy, they provide opportunities for training and building leadership skills, they provide timely feedback
Supportive leadership. They touch base on a regular basis. They want to make sure one is satisfied with the role. They will do what they can to move you to another company/role if the current one is not a fit.
Listen to your team. Be present and actively engaged. Stop the favoritism
be more toxic git gud
Actually leading instead of echoing meaningless corporate buzzwords and then wondering why no one knows what the direction is.
Listen. Appreciate your employees. Stop playing favorites
Shame on you for letting middle management get away with bullying employees. Your corporate culture brings the worst of China and American values.
Review from Operations Dept
Overall management and productivity. They continually and consistently miss opportunities and are very much behind the curve. Very sad group of folks who are deluding themselves!
Understanding that we need resources to achieve what they want to do. 6 engineers does not make up a product team. We can’t compete if we do not have the resources we need.
We are too secretive, or insular by nature. There is no collaboration up/down the chain of command. I'd love to feel like when I identify a challenge with a product line that there is someone willing to listen vs ignoring something anyway or worse, react that how dare I think I can say anything
