Q&A With Lenovo Employees

Asked to all employees at Lenovo

  • very bad in some areas, people are overworked due to resource actions. Expect to have to work pretty much every night and sometimes even weekends to catch up with work.

  • very well, very generous to new families both father & mother.

  • I think it is up to the employees to establish boundaries. What I have observed is that most of the people who get promoted put in a lot of hours. Lenovo does give a lot of opportunities to their employees to participate in charitable activities.

  • people who work together for a common goal, while some folks can shine on their own, Lenovo folks are at their best working together

  • Good question. I’ll use my former manager as an example. Never say no, develop lots of relationships, have superior people skills, learn as much as you can as quickly as you can about the organization (who is who in the zoo). The company is extremely hard to navigate. Make yourself known. Make decisions quickly. Have entrepreneurial thinking.
