Actually give us our vacation time
It started wonderfully. I have seen 5 ceos come and go in as many years. The company had not had a consistent message. Every CEO tries and put their stamp on the company and they get fired. They have been involved in too many scandals and most of them were self inflicted.
Have installers that take their time and don't scream and yell at you when you discuss things your not happy with. Having someone actually care to resolve when the job isn't finished and you have concrete where tile should be.
Most unethical company I have ever dealt with. A reason their name is "Liquidator" fits the company perfect. They can't stand behind their products because its liquidator quality. Wish I knew that going in. Put a new floor in, only 3 months old and we need to wrip it out do to poor quality of wood.
