The LL Flooring leadership team needs to get better at direction.

Making sure the contractor get paid on time an staying on top the the store managers

Helping other employees build skills and knowledge to promote them in other areas. Communication is something that is lacking in this company.

Honesty would be something i would like to see this company get back to. They partner with installation companies they try and sneak added charges in, while the company has asked us NOT to go over each line with our customers. Very unethical.

Setting up a set scheduled where everyone is happy or at the very least content. I am not content at all. All I have done is compromise for the job yet I get nothing in return

LL flooring took away our ability to increase our payout for bonus during the pandemic. The company reported some of the best earnings they ever have had as most home improvement companies did. As we come out of the pandemic they have started raising plans to were you can not hit your goals. Scum

Making their employees a priority. Also, focusing on work life balance for a staff that put up record numbers while working through a pandemic only to be hung out to dry the following year due to poor financial forecasting.

They are laser focused on the end numbers and I feel their attention to detail is on point for the business but the lack in management employee relations will lead to many headaches for the company.

Proper communication and training would help

Hire more people per store. Right now if someone gets sick you're opening and closing.
