My team is truthful, hardworking, problem solving, experienced, reasonable, and accountable.
Store level teamwork and comradery
When you work in a store you tend to have to lean on each other way more than you should have to. The company staffs 3-4 people in most stores. Always understaffed.
The best thing about the team is communication and teamwork.

My team is very supportive other than my MANAGER who is never supportive when it comes to setting up a fair schedule
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to show up first my store has more call outs than any other store and no one is held responsible
Be nice if they showed up for work everyday
No one has any idea what there doing always forgetting material
Communication and team effort to establish an easier and faster working environment.
My coworkers need to imrove on not sexually harrasing myslef and my boss.
