What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Store level is great but higher ups garbage

I'm not exactly sure. But the only positive is that the pay started at 20 an hour which is just very decent.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They need to look inward and stop blaming the stores

Manager at the fort smith store need to be demoted

Company culture need to improve by allowing employees share their feelings with leadership and and actually working trough those feeling to make the work environment healthier.

Again hire more workers. Its pitiful how many issues there are because of the actual lack of workers.

Actually give us our vacation time
