Making sure the contractor get paid on time an staying on top the the store managers
Helping other employees build skills and knowledge to promote them in other areas. Communication is something that is lacking in this company.
Honesty would be something i would like to see this company get back to. They partner with installation companies they try and sneak added charges in, while the company has asked us NOT to go over each line with our customers. Very unethical.

The base pay was fine but bonuses weren't given to those that deserved it.
Better bonus structure and possibly direct commission would be better suited to fostet thr competitive spirit.

Store level teamwork and comradery
When you work in a store you tend to have to lean on each other way more than you should have to. The company staffs 3-4 people in most stores. Always understaffed.
The best thing about the team is communication and teamwork.

They need to show up first my store has more call outs than any other store and no one is held responsible
