If you're the boss' daughter, you get promoted. If you aren't, you may get a new position, but they will NEVER give you a raise. Great place to get a more expensive job title - just be sure to leave once you do.

LVS needs to reorient - currently, the goals of the company and the money are going in different places. Less cannonballs, more excellence.

They are out of touch with the company. Bialik thinks people get raises when changing jobs, and executives don't know the race/gender issues
