People are here to enjoy work and do great work. It is a very comfortable yet a place where you are pushed to learn and grow.
High energy. People committed to doing the right thing for the customer and each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package at Looker?

Mix of cash & equity. No sacrifices.
For a private company, benefits are better than I would expect; cash is about what I would expect; equity is better than I would expect.
I feel Looker does a great job understanding the market and adjusting compensation when appropriate across the organization.

Highly experienced. Not what most people would think of from a "start-up."
I never question their motives. No hidden agendas. Everything is out and in the open.
Transparent and open about the good and difficult things going on with the organization.

Diverse mix of experience - all here to be a part of the Looker mission to make the customer and the company better.
Commitment to the cause. Little/no politics. There is a spirit of mutual support that I haven't experienced anywhere else.
Very smart people who work hard, are smart and generally kind and understanding. They are people I trust.

What's the Sales team like at Looker?
Amazing. Strong team environment where you can't lose alone (and you very often win with lots of help too). Great sales resources, exceptional product on a rocket-ship-trajectory
