What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focused on the customer experience; balancing that with supporting the employees
They are very open and accessible
They are approachable and communicative. Good culture comes from the top.
Highly experienced. Not what most people would think of from a "start-up."
I never question their motives. No hidden agendas. Everything is out and in the open.

Total compensation aligns with the rest of the industry
The benefits and options are solid.
Fair for all - bands, not 1 -off
Mix of cash & equity. No sacrifices.
For a private company, benefits are better than I would expect; cash is about what I would expect; equity is better than I would expect.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are all very nice and love to help one another
We are a team, not rivals. Achieving our goals means that everyone pitches in.
Diverse mix of experience - all here to be a part of the Looker mission to make the customer and the company better.
Commitment to the cause. Little/no politics. There is a spirit of mutual support that I haven't experienced anywhere else.
Very smart people who work hard, are smart and generally kind and understanding. They are people I trust.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People all really love the company for better or worse
There is a constant reaffirmation of the values of the company. They're not just printed on the walls and posters, they are lived and practiced.
Values that are not just writing on the wall. They are real, every day behaviors.
High energy. People committed to doing the right thing for the customer and each other.
People are here to enjoy work and do great work. It is a very comfortable yet a place where you are pushed to learn and grow.

Helping the customers overcome challenges
Growing fast, there are always new faces and challenges to encounter. Great office, great food, great rooftop patio to enjoy the fresh air.
The people and level of responsibility and respect.
I love the people I work with. My opinion matters.
