I am happy working at Quantifind. The people at the company are the best part. There are some of the brightest people working here, who are kind, humble, hard working and supportive. The mission to provide an innovative product that prevents crime and makes the world a safer place is noble.
They hire toxic people and keep them, at the cost of others better folks. This creates a horrible divisive culture where you don't feel safe to speak, lest you get chewed out for the smallest thing. Not a single paying customer since 2019. Floating via VC money. Brand business that was 80%, has died
Supportive, fast paced and exciting.

How hard is it to get promoted at Quantifind?
I have been promoted 5 times in 4.5 years, but that is unusual. Most roles require a minimum of 2 years in a position, but there are no hard and fast rules.
