I am happy working at Quantifind. The people at the company are the best part. There are some of the brightest people working here, who are kind, humble, hard working and supportive. The mission to provide an innovative product that prevents crime and makes the world a safer place is noble.

They hire toxic people and keep them, at the cost of others better folks. This creates a horrible divisive culture where you don't feel safe to speak, lest you get chewed out for the smallest thing. Not a single paying customer since 2019. Floating via VC money. Brand business that was 80%, has died

Stop hiring toxic people. Stop enabling toxic people. You are so scared to lose a few brilliant jerks, that you are missing out on so much talent.

I am paid above the industry average.

Base comp is fair. They don't have any real benefits, or equity. Just options for a company that has no customers, no pipeline, no sales team, no prospects, and no IPO in sight.

More stock. More base comp. Annual bonus.

My team members are kind, supportive people. They are some of the smartest people I have worked with. We are collaborative. We thank each other and give credit where it is due. We will always step in for one another or help when needed.

Younger folks are great! Brilliant, smart, motivated, hard working. It is the leadership, anyone over 40 - beware and don't slit your own wrists after interacting with them.

Our interview process is fast. It starts with a pre-screen phone interview, followed by a hiring manger phone interview, and a day of onsite interviews. It is all done within 1-2 weeks with an offer given within 1-2 days after the onsites.

Interview process was great. Recruiting was a solid experience and absolutely flawless. HR onboarding was well done. Office is /was gorgeous.
