The entire business is growing fast. There are some additional processes that are being built to accommodate the growth that need some work .

It's quite good. The work is not easy and if you're in sales there will be some travel, but there is a recognition of the need for balance.
If they had it their way they would work you to the bone 24/7

Generally there is a positive impression of the CEO. He has big vision, and is very accesable.
Horrible person, doesn't care about his employees, doesn't know how to lead, rude, talks behind people's backs...the list could go on!
